Quick Setup
Get TicketByte working in your server in under 5 minutes.
Step 1 — Add the bot
Click here to invite TicketByte and authorise it with the recommended permissions.
Step 2 — Run /setup
Run the setup wizard in any channel. You need Manage Server permission.

Step 3 — Create a panel
Run /panel in the channel where users should open tickets:
/panel #support
Users click Open a Ticket and a private ticket-0001 channel is created for them.
Step 4 — Fine-tune in the dashboard
Visit the web dashboard to customise the embed, add more support roles, enable claim mode, and configure messages.
