/closeEveryoneSlashPrefix5s cooldownCloses the current ticket. Shows a Yes/Cancel confirmation first. Either the ticket opener or any staff member can close.

Close flow
- Confirmation embed shown — staff click Yes, Close
- Ticket status set to
closed - Opener receives a DM (if DM on Close is enabled)
- HTML transcript generated and posted (if transcripts enabled)
- Close log embed posted to log channel
- Channel deleted after 7 seconds
Require reason
Enable Dashboard → General → Require Reason on Close to force staff to provide a reason.
