/add & /remove

/addStaffSlashPrefix3s cooldown

Grants a member ViewChannel and SendMessages access to the current ticket channel.

/add <@user> | !add @user
/removeStaffSlashPrefix3s cooldown

Revokes a member's channel access. Cannot remove the original ticket opener.

/remove <@user> | !remove @user

Use cases

  • Adding a specialist or senior staff to assist
  • Adding a department-specific team member (e.g. billing team)
  • Removing someone accidentally added

Every user added via /add is tracked in ticket.participants[] and shown in the HTML transcript.
