All dropdowns load live from Discord on every page visit — always showing current channels.
Support Roles (multiple allowed)
The Support Roles field accepts multiple roles. Any user with at least one listed role can see tickets, claim, close, and use staff commands.
Adding roles: use the dropdown to select a role (appears as a tag pill), or paste a Role ID in the text field and press Enter. Remove roles by clicking × on their pill.
How they work
Channel overwrites are created for every support role when a ticket opens. The permission check passes if the member has any of the configured roles.
