Dashboard Overview
The TicketByte web dashboard lets you configure and manage every aspect of your server's ticket system from a browser.
Accessing the dashboard
- Visit ticketify.bot.nu
- Click Login and authorise with Discord
- Your servers appear in the server list
- Click Manage on a server to open its dashboard
Permission required
You need Manage Server or Administrator permission to access a server's dashboard.
Dashboard pages

Live data
Channels and roles are fetched fresh from Discord every time you open a server's dashboard. The Analytics page auto-refreshes live stats every 30 seconds.
Saving changes
Click Save Settings at the bottom of any settings form. Changes apply immediately — no bot restart needed.
